Energy Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into bowl, mix by hand or use mixer. Once combined, put bowl of mixture intio fridge to chill for at least 30-60 min. Once cold, make small little balls with mixture. You can make them as small or large as you like. Store energy bites in fridge in an airtight container! Enjoy!
