Hi friends and happy Tuesday! I am excited to chat about today’s topic! Have you heard all the rage about weighted blankets? Well, after years of sleeping terribly, I finally decided to order one back in July! I’ve been sleeping with it since then, so truthfully, this post is a long time coming! That being said, I really had to be sure it worked before I shared my thoughts with you! I’ll be honest, I literally don’t know what I’d do without this blanket and can’t fathom sleeping without the extra 20 pounds of weight! I have and love this WEIGHTED BLANKET.
What is a weighted blanket good for you and do I need one, you ask? They say weighted blankets are great for anxiety, stress and insomnia. All things that I and lots of others suffer from. I am known for getting into bed and being exhausted but laying awake for hours with a racing mind. I swear my best ideas come to me when I should be sleeping. Ha! After years of lots of not so great sleep and hearing all sorts of the buzz about weighted blankets, I finally decided to try a weighted blanket and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome!
